Big Screen Bonus for First Time Buyers

First time buyers Catherine Tiffin and her partner, Lee Price, are enjoying a double celebration as they pick up the keys to their brand new home, along with their prize of a 32” flatscreen television.
Housebuilder, Lewis Homes, presented the couple with the television, for being the first purchasers to complete, having reserved their property at the successful launch weekend that recently took place at the popular Meadows development at Tylcha Fach, Coed Ely.
Twenty-five year-old Catherine, a project manager with the Care Council for Wales, and Lee, 28, a housing assistant at Foundation Housing, have purchased a 3-bedroom Hampshire property, which, according to Catherine, suits their needs perfectly.
“We weren’t actively looking to buy when we came across the Meadows but as soon as we visited, we realised it would be a great move for us.
“We were living together in a rented property in St Mellons and, as we both work in Cardiff, needed somewhere that would give us an easy commute. We’ve actually found that because of the great road and rail links, it takes about the same time to get to work from here as it did when we were actually living in Cardiff and, of course, we’ve got so much more for our money.
“We were just really impressed by the finish of the property and the layout is so well planned that it makes the most of all the available space.
“The added bonus was that we were so focused on moving, we completely forgot about the tv so it was a really nice surprise! Everyone at Lewis Homes has made things as easy as possible for us to get in to our new home so quickly and we’re looking forward to settling in properly – and deciding where to put the television of course!”
Lewis Homes director, Marc Lewis, said he was pleased things had gone so smoothly for Catherine and Lee.
