Human Resources Consultant Joins Darwin Gray

Human Resources consultant Fiona Crawford has joined Cardiff-based law firm Darwin Gray.
Fiona had previously set up an outsourced HR consultancy service in Cardiff in 2001, guiding clients through the minefield of employment law and advising on industry best practice with hands-on advice, either remotely or face to face.
In December 2006 she joined the employment law team at Darwin Gray to set up the HR Consultancy department, which provides a holistic HR and employment law advice service to clients through one point of contact.
“I’m a keen advocate of the ‘people are your greatest asset’ mantra,” said Fiona.
“Our goals are to work with organisations to ensure that they meet their business targets through effective management of that valuable asset.”
