Experienced marketeers launch tailored recruitment division

The sales and marketing industry in South Wales is set to receive a helping hand when it comes to finding the right people for the job – thanks to the launch of a new recruitment business headed up by experienced marketeers.
Bridgend-based marketing services company Grainger & Whitney, a division of Grainger Group Ltd, has launched Oliver Search & Select, a new recruitment company aimed at placing sales, marketing and PR professionals in positions across South Wales.
As an established marketing company itself, Grainger & Whitney recognised the difficulty often faced by general recruitment companies when it came to sourcing candidates for specific roles within the sales and marketing sector.
As a result seasoned recruiter and marketing professional Gary Jarmain has been appointed as Business Development Manager at Oliver Search & Select, where he is keen to personalise the service that Oliver Search & Select will offer those looking to recruit professionals looking to further their career within the industry.
With more than 20 years of experience in recruitment, Gary is keen to establish Grainger & Whitney’s newest venture as a tailored approach to appointing a new member of staff, a welcome move away from the CV matching processes now often used by larger online recruitment agencies.
Gary said: “Appointing a new member of staff is an increasingly important decision to be made within many businesses – regardless of their size or expenditure.
