Effective Communication wins IIP

Effective Communication has been awarded Investors in People (IIP) recognition less than four years after it was launched.
The company, with offices in Cardiff and Swansea, was praised in its IIP assessment for its culture, and strong ethical values and practices.
Effective Communication was set up in 2005 by award-winning newspaper editor Alastair Milburn and now employs a staff of nine.
Alastair said the award reflected the value management and staff applied to training and development and their day-to-day activities on behalf of their clients.
“We are one of the fastest-growing agencies in the UK and it has been achieved by our insistence on high-quality training and consistently producing outstanding results for our clients.
“It is our intention to become the preferred supplier of public relations and public affairs services in Wales. The IIP recognition reflects the work being done by the company to achieve this.”
