Loosemore Home – latest venture enjoys early success

By Effective Communication

Award winning developer, Loosemore Home, is celebrating the success of its latest venture with several key new contract wins under the banner of the newly-formed Loosemore Projects.

Having built on success which culminated in several high-profile national awards during 2008, Loosemore Home expanded its service with the introduction of Loosemore Projects earlier this year and has already racked up an impressive range of contract wins.

These include a trip to Germany to undertake a £25,000 contract to construct and later dismantle a large-scale exhibition stand on behalf of Yarwood Leather at the international Aircraft Interior Expo in Hamburg, and several projects closer to home.

Among these are a complete home renovation and the interior design of another property, both in Cardiff. Another contract for a major house conversion in Peterston-Super-Ely has also recently been secured.

A ‘one-stop-shop’ for those looking to either refurbish, extend or build a new property, Loosemore Projects provides all the elements required to do so – from the architect, engineer, builder, project manager and ultimately the interior designer.

The service is for both residential and commercial properties, as well as landowners looking to make the best return on their investment.

Founded in 2002 by David Loosemore, Loosemore Home prides itself on developing unique, design-led schemes, which have recently included Magnolia on Cathedral Road and also 22 apartments within Sealock Warehouse, Cardiff Bay.

Speaking about this latest successful addition to the company’s portfolio of services, Loosemore Projects Director, Tom Young said:

“It hasn’t been an easy twelve months for developers and the property market is still a tricky path to negotiate but we’ve remained committed to providing only the highest quality developments and such commitment follows through with Loosemore Projects.

“What we’re aiming to do is use our expertise and knowledge to broaden our service and assist those who may have a vision but not necessarily the experience to undertake such a refurbishment or development project.

“If there is land involved, we can also advise and assist clients on the best possible options – right through the planning stage and on to the build or sale.

“We have a highly experienced team of professionals who will work with our clients sharing their knowledge and expertise to achieve the best solution for our clients, and judging by the interest already being generated and the new contract wins, it’s something people have been waiting for.”
