Swansea IT Firm Launches New Business

South Wales IT company BSS has launched a new division of the business following its appointment as a premier Konica Minolta dealer.
The Document Management Company specialises in providing printing, scanning and data management devices.
It will be managed by BSS Director and former Konica Minolta head of regional sales in Wales Bruce Roberts from its new showroom at the BSS headquarters in Gorseinon, Swansea.
The Document Management Company completes BSS’s ability to offer the full range of IT services to clients, adding to the company’s existing services of IT support and installation, web design and management, and software creation.
Now in its 25th year of business, BSS is recognised as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, which along with its appointment as a Konica Minolta Platinum dealership will make it one of only a handful of companies in Wales capable of providing a complete expert service.
Speaking on the decision to launch The Document Management Company, Director Bruce Roberts said: “BSS has for a long time been pursuing gaps in the market where its highly skilled team can help to make the processes involved with all aspects of IT as seamless as possible for our clients.
“Up until now many companies have experienced a disjointed service if they had problems with their printers and scanners, as these are very often not supplied by the people who look after their IT.
“With the introduction of The Document Management Company we are tidying up the process of integrating new equipment into businesses, as our highly experienced team can install and maintain the time and cost saving Konica Minolta kit, while understanding and assisting how it helps your IT network as a whole.”
