A leading South Wales law firm is enjoying a year of landmark events as it reaches its 10th anniversary.
Peter Lynn & Partners has transformed the one-partner firm established in 1999 to a business employing 27 staff across four offices in less than ten years, and has created a wave of influential rulings and precedents in the process.
Boasting one of the largest matrimonial team in Swansea, alongside dedicated litigation, personal injury and conveyancing teams, Peter Lynn & Partners has moved its commercial team headquarters to the impressive Langdon House development on the SA1 Waterfront after outgrowing its previous premises of ten years.
The team, which is headed by founder Peter Lynn and partners Sara Plant and Stuart Atherton, has increased its fee-earning capacity from one in 1999 to 14, and has increased its turnover by 750% from £160,000 in year one to £1.2m in 2009.
Speaking of the businesses success, founding partner Peter Lynn said: “2009 has been a year of significant developments for Peter Lynn & Partners and our developments reflect the company’s maturity as we have made a name for ourselves as a serious contender among law practices in South Wales.
“Our team of solicitors have been the driving force behind many highly important rulings, including High Court and Court of Appeal cases which have helped to define the law in many areas.
“Our expertise, coupled with our dedication to provide the best service possible to every one of our clients from family law to high profile company litigation, is the reason behind our continued growth, and we will continue to build on our model as we prepare for further growth in the near future.”
